Where we ship
We ship to 25+ countries. Rates calculated at checkout by weight. Delivery 4–20 business days depending on destination. Key markets: Canada, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, Singapore, UAE, Mexico, New Zealand (4–16 days, $1.99–$12.99). Most EU countries, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Israel (8–29 days, $4.99–$20.99).

US Orders: Standard shipping is free. 2–5 business days (US warehouse) or 5–10 business days (overseas warehouse).

Import Duties & Taxes
Not included in price. Recipient’s responsibility.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. International orders: $7.99 flat rate, calculated at checkout.

International Returns
Not accepted. Quality issues: email info@sunsyra.com within 7 days with photos.

Processing and Delivery Time
US orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days of purchase, including processing (excluding weekends and holidays). International orders: 4–20 business days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Where Your Order Ships From
Orders are fulfilled by our partner warehouses. If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@sunsyra.com and we will make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
